How to get what you REALL REALLY Want
Beginnging October 6th

The Youth Health Centre in partnership with SchoolsPlus and various community partners will present "How to get what you REALLY REALLY Want".

It is a program designed for youth to relax, unwind, and de-stress at the end of their day and enjoy some physical activity.

Each session will begind with brief mindfulness activity lead by Robin Cann to relax and leave your day beind. Following this there will be a 40 to 60 minute physical activity and ending with some snack and conversation.

This will run in October, November, February and March and April.

The physical actitivites will vary based on youth requests.
All sessions are free.
This month the activity will be yoga with Kim Wood. Come prepared to have some fund and dress comfortably.
